Suggested number of sessions: Full career guidance service – a full 2-hr session usually followed by a 1-hr session, a week or two later, to wrap up the planning process. Isolated career issues (eg workplace conflict, career stagnation, CV/interview prep etc) – usually a 1 or 2 hour session depending on the complexity of your situation.

The Careerology low-fee mission: As a social enterprise we aim to provide affordable career services to everyone. Our fees are priced to cover basic operating costs and break-even profit. However, if you face difficulty meeting our listed fees please let us know and we may still be able to assist you.

• STANDARD PAYMENT OPTIONS – If you prefer to pay on the day of the appointment, the standard fee can be paid in cash, EFTPOS, or credit card.
• PREPAY OPTIONS (Bank Deposit) are discounted at 10% off the standard rate.
• DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT – online payments should be made to 12-3449-0154513-00 with your full name in the ‘Reference’ section.
• REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS – Full refunds are granted if a cancellation request is given more than 4 hours before the appointment. If less than 4 hours notice is given, a $20 charge will be deducted from the refund.
• PARTIALLY USED SESSIONS are refunded pro rata in half-hour increments.
